Stowick Line Sheets

Privacy policy

Stowick Line Sheets ("the app") is a Shopify app made by Buzz Compare LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects when a merchant installs it and how we use it.

What we collect

• Store information: your store's myshopify domain, store name and currency, and the access token Shopify gives the app.
• Staff who open the app: the name and email Shopify shares for the staff member using the app, and the role you give them inside the app.
• Your line sheets: each line sheet's name, settings (title, terms, contact text, discount, layout) and the list of products in it.
• Share links: when you choose to share a line sheet, a copy of its products (titles, photos' addresses, SKUs, variants and prices) so buyers with the link can see it. Turning sharing off deletes that copy.
• Activity: a log of actions in the app (who created, exported, shared or changed something, and when).

The app reads your product data from Shopify only to build line sheets. PDFs and order forms are made in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

We do not collect or store any information about your customers. The app does not request access to customers or orders.

How we use it

Only to run the app: sign you in, show your products, build line sheets, apply your plan, and give support. We never sell data, never use it for advertising, and never share it except with the service providers below.

• Cloudflare (hosting and database)

Writes to your store

None. The app only reads your products; it never changes anything in your store.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, we stop accessing your store at once. Shopify then sends us a deletion request and we delete all of your store's data from our database. You can ask for deletion sooner by emailing support@getstowick.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at any time: support@getstowick.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
